Product details
The Hoggr Bipod is a distinctive precision shooting support developed around the Accuracy International AX chassis. Instead of attaching at a single fixed point underneath the rifle, the bipod surrounds the fore-end and can move forwards and backwards along the chassis, allowing the shooter to adjust the support position to suit the shooting position and environment.
The central assembly is manufactured from high-strength 7075 aluminium, while the legs use lightweight carbon fibre construction. This combination provides a rigid and durable support system without relying on heavy steel components.
A low-friction bearing interface allows the bipod assembly to move along the fore-end while maintaining a stable connection to the rifle. This creates a different feel from a conventional fixed bipod and allows the support point to be repositioned without removing the bipod from the rifle.
The design incorporates adjustable friction, allowing the movement of the rifle within the bipod system to be controlled according to the shooter's preference and shooting position.
The lower legs are equipped with threaded spikes for secure contact with softer terrain. A QD attachment point is also integrated near the friction adjustment area for additional equipment or sling configuration.
The standard version is designed for the Accuracy International AX chassis. Custom inserts can also be produced for compatible tubular chassis systems with smaller frame dimensions where suitable.
